Step one

The first step to take before diving into anything is the product definition. Identifying and understanding the goals of the product takes priority and so there is need for clarification from stakeholders through various meetings to understand what the product is, who it is for, and why it is necessary. This will smoothen the process of aligning business goals with users' needs.

Step Two

Empathizing with the users is of great importance and this is achieved through interviews, surveys, observations, etc where I gain access into the user's mind. This is then followed by an analysis of the research which involves brainstorming and strategizing to generate ideas using different UX techniques that would solve real-world problems and meet business goals as well.

Step Three

After a clear understanding of users' expectations, ideas come to life, from creating Information Architecture to actual UI Design solutions that align with preset goals through a series of collaborations and iterations.

Step Four

After crafting a solution that serves the users and satisfies the visions of stakeholders, I deliver Visual Designs as well as other design assets to Developers for implementation while sticking around to ensure proper execution.
